<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate information providing system which allows problem information related to moving into a residence to be easily and clearly confirmed at the time of moving into and handing over a building or the like.SOLUTION: In a real estate information providing method for providing real estate information related to a real estate, in the case where a client selects a rental real estate, a system for supporting provision of real estate information is provided for confirming that problems of eavesdropping and surreptitious photographing are non-existing by using electromagnetic wave detection means for detecting electromagnetic waves generated inside the building or the like and analysis means for analyzing the detected electromagnetic waves, when providing real estate information belonging to a field of specialty, from among real estate transaction related persons including an electrical engineer and a residence building transaction manager, in accordance with a request of the client by using means for providing prescribed information.</p> |
