PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily collect necessary cells by selectively increasing temperature of a cell adhesion spot.SOLUTION: A base plate for cell treatment is equipped with a plurality of cell adhesion spots 203 provided on a base material 201. The cell adhesion spots 203 have temperature-responsive polymer 204 showing upper critical solution temperature which is fixed on the surface. In the temperature-responsive polymer 204, a molar ratio between a monomer unit derived from acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile a monomer unit derived from acrylamide or meta acrylamide is 6:94 or more and 20:80 or less, and a degree of polymerization is 20 or more and 800 or less. Density of the temperature-responsive polymer 204 in the cell adhesion spot 203 is 1μ/cmor more and 300μ/cmor less.
