PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sound insulation properties without requiring increase of an internal space.SOLUTION: A sound insulation panel structure 10 comprises: a panel 20; an internal space 30 formed inside the panel 20; and a vibration body 40 disposed in the internal space 30. The vibration body 40 comprises: a weight 41 which can be vibrated in a panel thickness direction X (a thickness direction of the panel 20); and an elastic body 43 for connecting an inner face 25 of the panel 20 with the weight 41.
