摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a compound semiconductor film according to a particle-coating method which enables the improvement of a degree of sintering.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a compound semiconductor film including a chalcopyrite compound semiconductor (i) having an average composition expressed by the general formula below comprises: the step (A) of preparing a coating material, provided that the coating material includes compound semiconductor particles arranged based on at least one kind of chalcopyrite; the step (B) of coating a base material with the coating material to form a coating film; and the step (D) of sintering the coating film. In the coating material, the molar ratio (IB/IIIB) of the IB Group elements to the IIIB Group elements is 1.0 or larger. The step (D) includes sintering the coating film under an atmosphere including at least one kind of VIB Group elements in the chalcopyrite compound semiconductor. LMX(i)(In the formula, L represents at least one IB Group element, M represents at least one IIIB Group element, and X represents at least one VIB Group element.)
