PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supersonic flowmeter, a fluid velocity measuring method, and a fluid velocity measuring program, capable of accurately measuring a speed of a fluid without interference between supersonic transmitting and receiving parts.SOLUTION: A main body part 50 calculates a component parallel to the axis of a pipeline in a speed of a fluid, on the basis of: a first propagation time difference which is a difference between the time for a supersonic wave transmitted from a second supersonic transmitting and receiving part 30 and the time for a supersonic wave transmitted from a first supersonic transmitting and receiving part 20 to propagate in a first fluid propagation path traversing inside a pipeline A in the radial direction 2n-1 times (n is a positive integer); and a second propagation time difference which is a difference between the time for the supersonic wave transmitted from the second supersonic transmitting and receiving part 30 and the time for the supersonic wave transmitted from the first supersonic transmitting and receiving part 20 to propagate in a second fluid propagation path traversing inside the pipeline A in the radial direction 2m-1 times (m is a positive integer other than n). |
