PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for detecting a foreign object in a wireless power transmitting system.SOLUTION: First, a foreign object detecting operation is performed prior to charging. If a foreign object is not detected until the charging is started, a foreign object detecting operation is performed during the charging. If a foreign object is not detected while a power signal is being received, power is limited based on a temperature sensor. |
