<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacitor which is voltage-increased, micro-miniaturized, heat-resistance-improved and capacity-increased.SOLUTION: The high voltage variable capacitor comprises a rotary shaft and is configured to vary an electrode area, and a fixed part substrate includes structure means as follows. Namely, as a dielectric material, an engineering ceramics substrate is processed, and a combline substrate is produced by processing a plurality of groove groups (grooves (a), (b), (c), ..., (n)) to which smooth surface processing is applied with uniform width and depth. Substrate blade parts sequentially provided on the combline substrate are processed to have uniform thickness, height and width. On top layer surfaces of opposing substrate blade parts in even-numbered groove groups (grooves (b), (d), (f), ..., (n)) among the groove groups of the combline substrate, non-electrode groove groups in which any electrode is not constructed, are sequentially provided. On top layer surfaces of opposing substrate blade parts in odd-numbered groove groups (grooves (a), (c), (e), ..., (n-l)) among the groove groups 2 of the combline substrate, electrode groove groups are processed with conductive coating fixed or deposited thereon. The non-electrode grooves and the electrode grooves are processed alternately.</p> |
