PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of preventing abrasion and deterioration of a seal member and capable of preventing abrasion powder from falling into a rotary drum and being mixed with powder, when the powder in the rotary drum comes into contact with the seal member in a rotary joint.SOLUTION: A rotary drum 1 and a communication pipe 2 are fixed and rotated in a cooperative manner, so that a gap is not formed between the rotary drum 1 and the communication pipe 2. Thereby, powder in the rotary drum 1 is prevented from entering a rotary joint from the gap, and early abrasion and deterioration of a seal member 6 is stopped. Also, by arranging the seal member 6 between the communication pipe 2 and the rotary joint on the opposite side of the rotary drum 1 with a bearing 4 interposed in-between, abrasion powder of the seal member 6 is prevented from falling in the rotary drum 1. |
