PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a brake rotor which avoids load concentration on the brake rotor, and improves the strength of the brake rotor.SOLUTION: A wheel bearing device with a brake rotor has an outer member 30, an inner member 21 disposed on an inner peripheral side of the outer member 30, a plurality of rolling bodies 40 and 41 rolling between the outer member 30 and the inner member 21, and a brake rotor 10 fixed to a flange portion 23 of the inner member 21. The flange portion 23 extends in an outer diametrical direction, and the plurality of flange portions 23 is disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction. The flange portion 23 has width in a direction orthogonal to the outer diametrical direction, and edges on both sides in a width direction. A disc-shaped spacer 90 is interposed between the brake rotor 10 and the flange portion 23. One side surface of the spacer 90 is closely contacted with a side surface of the brake rotor 10, and the other side surface of the spacer 90 is closely contacted with a side surface of the flange portion 23. |
