A method for evaluating fatigue damage by a combined load is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for evaluating fatigue damage by a combined load comprises: a step of analyzing actual ship measurement data; a step of deciding fatigue damage experiment conditions considering a frequency ratio and a stress range ratio; a step of producing fatigue damage experiment results on the experiment conditions; a step of producing a correction factor calculation formula considering the stress range ratio and a phase difference from the fatigue damage experiment results; a step of producing a fatigue damage calculation formula for a combined load using the correction factor produced by the correction factor calculation formula; and a step of evaluating fatigue damage using the fatigue damage calculation formula.
