An electric vehicle of the present invention comprises: a motor; an input shaft installed on the motor; a drive gear installed in the input shaft; a first counter gear engaged with the drive gear; a first counter shaft with the first counter gear; a second counter gear installed on the first counter shaft; a third counter gear engaged with the second counter gear; a second counter shaft with a third counter gear; a fourth counter gear installed on the second counter shaft; a differential device with a driven gear which is engaged with the fourth counter gear; and an axle for transmitting the rotational force of the differential device to wheels and a part thereof passing through the input shaft, thereby minimizing the front and rear width of a transmission to obtain a shift ratio. |
