FIELD: nanotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention is directed at obtaining functionalised carbon nanotubes having good compatibility with polymeric matrices. The carbon nanotubes are subjected to processing in hydrogen peroxide vapour at a temperature of from 80°C to 160°C for 1-100 hours.
