The valve comprises valve material (4) having variable permeability degree, and a valve zone (16, 116) including the valve material (4, 104, 204, 304), the valve zone (16, 116) and the valve material (4, 104, 204, 304) are chosen with the possibility of forced movement of particles through the valve material (4, 104, 204, 304) at passing through the valve (2, 102) at the transfer of particles from the first zone (6, 106) to the second zone (7, 107), the valve material (4) is controlled by a valve control unit (17, 18) so that physical properties of the valve material (4) are changed along with the change of permeability degree.
