FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: sealing device comprises the first casing with a gland chamber formed inside where a pair of cone-shaped sealing rings is installed, pressing springs, a fit ring, a clutch and two thrust rings with each of the latter having plane and funnel-shape mating surfaces. The thrust rings are placed by their funnel-shape mating surfaces to each other, and the clutch adjoins their outer surface by its inner surface. The fit ring is pressed to the plane mating surface of one of the thrust rings by the above springs. The sealing rings are placed between the thrust ones so that their cone-shaped mating surfaces are turned towards the thrust rings.
