FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of producing novel N-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines, which can be used in producing biologically active compounds. The disclosed method includes obtaining N-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines of general formulawhere R=CH, CH; R=i-CH, CH; R=N(CH), N(CH), N(CH),by reacting C-phosphorylated acetamidines of formulawhere R=CH, CHR=i-CH, CH; R=N(CH), N(CH), N(CH),with sodium followed by benzene-sulphonylation of the obtained sodium derivative with benzenesulphonyl chloride in a dioxane medium with molar ratio C-phosphorylated acetamidine:sodium:benzenesulphonyl chloride=1:1:1-1.02, respectively, and temperature of 50-60°C.EFFECT: novel compounds with high output.5 ex |
