<p>The present invention relates to a paving material using carbon nano materials and a method of manufacturing the same. The paving material includes 0.1 to 10 wt% of carbon nano materials, 50 to 60 wt% of red clay, and 10 to 30 wt% of china clay, or 0.1 to 10 wt% of carbon nano materials, 60 to 99.9 wt% of concrete, and at least one additive selected from a group consisting of 1 to 10 wt% of illite, 1 to 10 wt% of wood chips, or 1 to 10 wt% of rubber chips. The method of manufacturing the paving material includes the steps of: providing liquefied carbon nano material formed by a wet method or powdered carbon nano material previously dispersed by a dry method; mechanically mixing the material and other paving components by a mechanical mixing machine; adding a binder to the mixed material; and adjusting the viscosity and color of the mixture. Since the existing paving material is mixed with the carbon nano material to form a network of net structure, mechanical properties, such as wear resistance, impact resistance or shock resistance, are improved. An effect of preventing ice formation and snow buildup can be expected due to the improved drainage and heat conductivity. Also, since the illite is added to the existing paving material, an effect of far-infrared radiation and anion radiation can be expected.</p> |
