The present invention relates to a wet type dust collector system for collecting and discharging coarse dust, the system being capable of readily collecting and discharging dust, having a large particle size and generated in various kinds of production processes in a thermal power plant, steelworks, etc., in which bituminous coal is used as a fuel. To achieve this purpose, the present invention employs a structure in which external gas containing dusts generated in industrial sites, etc., is suctioned and contacts water, and more particularly, a structure in which a vortex phenomenon of external gas is induced, and a structure in which a scrubbing phenomenon, in which water surges upward or waves upon contacting water, occurs. Thus, the present invention provides a wet type dust collection system for collecting and discharging coarse dust, wherein dusts having a large particle size contained in external gas may be wetly removed by a scrubbing contact with water, and at the same time, readily removed by sedimentation into the water simultaneously. |
