The present invention relates to a composition for a vehicle damper and the damper including thereof. The composition for a vehicle damper contains 100 parts by weight of polyurethane, and 2-6 parts by weight of silica. The composition for a vehicle damper additionally contains 0.5-10 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, 1-5 parts by weight of crosslinking accelerator, and 1-5 parts by weight of anti-aging agent for 100 parts by weight of polyurethane. |
