The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing neurodegenerative disorders which includes an Acorus gramineus solander extract. The Acorus gramineus solander extract according to the present invention has no cytotoxity and reduces inflammatory reaction caused by external stimulation so that the Acorus gramineus solander extract can treat or prevent neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson′s disease.
