The present invention relates to a personal information access observing system and a method thereof and, more particularly, to a personal information access observing system and a method thereof capable of providing early warning and post tracking functions of personal information spill caused by an abnormal transaction by analyzing and observing an access state of personal information in real time. The present invention includes a observing part (100) detecting an abnormal transaction by observing the access state of the personal information; a monitoring part (200) monitoring the access state in real time by receiving the output of the monitoring part (100); a log management part (300) tracking and analyzing a route of an application accessing the personal information in the access state of the personal information outputted from the monitoring part; and a control part (400) controlling the observing part, the monitoring part, and the log management part. |
