<p>The milk chilling device (10) has a milk container body (12) with a milk container (14) for receiving milk volume (16), a cooling unit (18) for cooling the milk volume and a milk-lance (26), which has an end that is merged in the milk volume and another end that stand in fluid connection with a milk outlet (32) on the outside of the milk chilling device. A filling level sensor (34) is formed to generate a sensor signal in response to a filling level of the milk container. A filling level measuring electronics (36) is connected to the filling level sensor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a beverage preparation machine, which has a milk dispenser; and a beverage preparation machine and milk chilling device assembly, which has an add-on device; and (2) a method for obtaining a milk volume from a milk chilling device.</p> |
