The present invention relates to a ventilator unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle which includes a scroll case (10); a fan motor (20) installed at the scroll case (10); an intake duct (30) installed to be in communication with the scroll case (10) and in which an inside air inlet (32) and an outside air inlet (34) are formed; and a converting door (40) rotatably installed inside the intake duct (30) and selectively blocking the inside air inlet and the outside air inlet (32, 34), wherein an inside air filter (50a) and an outside air filter (50b) are disposed on the inside air inlet (32) and the outside air inlet (34), and content contained in the inside air filter (50a) and the outside air filter (50b) are different from each other. According to the present invention, the ventilator unit of the air conditioner for a vehicle has the inside air filter and the outside air filter having separate functions, thereby removing a specific toxic substance from the inside air and the outside air to improve performance of a filter and to extend life of the filter to provide pleasant indoor air.
