The present invention provides an apparatus for inspecting electronic parts. The apparatus for inspecting electronic parts according to the present invention includes: a picker which includes a shock-absorbing cylinder having an internal space, a piston unit of which an end is inserted into the shock-absorbing cylinder, and a suction unit which is connected to the other end of the piston unit for sucking an electronic part; a pressure controller which has a pressure control pipe which is connected to the internal space of the shock-absorbing cylinder and a discharge pipe which is connected to the pressure control pipe; and a discharge sensor which is connected to the discharge pipe of the pressure controller for detecting the pressure or flow rate of fluid. According to the present invention, a double device error can be checked by using the pressure or flow rate of the exhaust pipe of the pressure controller which is connected to the picker. Therefore, an apparatus can be simply configured with low costs compared to the existing methods since the existence of residual parts inside a socket can be checked without using an additional expensive part such as a vision camera. |
