Polymorphic forms of 2-(5-bromo-4-(4-cyclopropylnaphthalen-1-yl)-4h-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio) acetic acid and uses thereof

The disclosure relates to crystalline polymorphic forms of 2-(5-bromo-4-(4-cyclopropylnaphthalen-1-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetic acid (see abstract figure). The disclosure also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these polymorphs and the use of these polymorphic forms in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of hyperuricemia, gout, or another disease caused by elevated uric acid levels. The disclosure also relates to methods of producing these polymorphs.
