Disclosed is a variable roll forming unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the variable roll forming unit includes a base symmetrically arranged at both sides with respect to a centerline of a processing direction and having a rail at both sides of an upper surface along the width direction of the process for phased variable roll forming a material supplied by being arranged at least in threefold along the processing direction by a forming beam having a deformed cross section which has different widths and heights along the longitudinal direction; a forward/backward moving means in which each slide plate slides in the width direction of the process along the rail on the base by driving a cylinder moving forward and backward; a turning means in which a turntable rotatably installed by a bearing on the slide plate is rotated by a predetermined angle by driving a turning cylinder; and a roll forming means in which upper and lower forming rolls each installed at the roll housing on the turntable are rotated by driving each roll motor while the position of the width direction of the process and an angle with respect to the processing direction are varied by the forward backward moving means and the turning means for variable roll forming the supplied material.
