<p>An embodiment of the invention relates to an elevator group management system including registering floors under destination calls and registering floors under up-down calls at an elevator lobby. The elevator group management system is capable of providing operation services while reducing the feeling of unfair in the waiting time of destination calls and up-down calls. The elevator group management system comprises a first call registration device (21) for registering destination calls and a second call registration device (22) for registering up-down calls. A group management control device (30) includes a waiting time actual accumulating unit (37) for accumulating waiting time of destination calls, a no-response time actual accumulating unit (38) for accumulating no-response time of up-down calls, and a weight adjusting unit (39) for adjusting the weight of distribution evaluations based on an average value of the waiting time and an average value of the no-response time.</p> |
