A method for manufacturing a neck collar (20) for clothes (10) according to the present invention includes: a first step (S10) in which a fabric (30) is cut into a strip shape for preparation; a second step (S20) in which bonding portions (35) are formed with an inner side portion (31) of the fabric (30) being folded and an end portion (a) of the inner side portion (31) being allowed to match with an end line (b) of the outer side portion (33); a third step (S30) in which the inner side portion (31) is folded again at a position separated by a predetermined gap from the bonding portion (35) of the fabric (30) and the bonding portion (35) are formed with an end portion (a′) of the inner side portion (31) being allowed to match with the end line (b) of the outer side portion (33) for sewing so that three to 10 wrinkle portions (37) are formed with respect to the total length of the neck collar (20); and a fourth step (S40) in which at least one of thermoforming, chemical forming, and dyeing is performed as post-processing on the neck collar (20) having the wrinkle portion (37) by the multiple bonding portions (35). In manufacturing collars that decorate necks of clothes for women, the appearance can be improved based on a cubic effect. Accordingly, the present invention can contribute to industrial competitiveness and economic revitalization. |
