According to the present invention, a stroke measuring apparatus of a hydraulic cylinder rod comprises a supporting table arranged to be supported by the ground; a first slip preventing block supported by the upper side of the supporting table, and supporting a head cover part of a hydraulic cylinder; a head cover clamp installed to press the hydraulic cylinder located in the first slip preventing block toward the upper side of the supporting table; a second slip preventing block supported by the upper side of the supporting table, and supporting a rod cover part of the hydraulic cylinder; a rod cover clamp installed to press the hydraulic cylinder located in the second slip preventing block toward the upper side of the supporting table; a distance measuring sensor whose one end is fixed to the second slip preventing block and arranged in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the rod, and the other end is arranged to be supported by a supporting member to measure a stroke of the rod; a rod supporting unit to support the leading end of the rod, to apply force in a direction where the rod is compressed, and arranged to move with the rod integrally; and a magnetic ring fixed to the supporting unit, and arranged to slide while being in non-contact with the outer circumferential surface of the distance measuring sensor. |
