The purpose of the present invention is to provide herb salted food and a method for making the same, wherein the herb salted food is made by submerging contents, such as white radishes and cucumbers, in a seasoning liquid, followed by aging. The seasoning liquid is prepared by mixing sugar, vinegar, water, licorice, pickling spice, salt, and a plum extract at a predetermined ratio. In the herb salted food of the present invention made by submerging the contents composed of vegetables in the seasoning liquid, followed by aging for a predetermined period of time, the seasoning liquid is prepared by mixing 20 to 21 wt% of sugar, 12 to 13 wt% of twice apple vinegar, 64 to 65 wt% of water, 0.15 to 0.25 wt% of licorice, 0.35 to 0.45 wt% of pickling spice, 0.95 to 1.05 wt% of salt, and 0.45 to 0.55 wt% of a plum extract. |
