The present invention relates to a cutter comprising an engine unit; a grip installed in an upper part of the engine unit; a cutter unit installed apart from the engine at a predetermined distance; a V-belt transferring driving force by being connected to a cutter pulley of the cutter unit and an engine pulley of the engine unit; a cutter safety cover installed on an upper rear surface of the cutter; a cover central through-hole (30) installed on a central side of the cover (15); a cover through-pulley (50) which is installed by inserting and passing through the cover central through-hole (30) and is connected to the middle part of the V-belt; a cover through-pulley rotating shaft (51) extending to the outside of the cover (15) by being connected with the cover through-pulley (50); and a cover connecting pump (56) and a cover connecting blower (55) which are connected by the cover through-pulley rotating shaft (51). |
