The present invention relates to a system and a method for concluding an insurance contract, the system comprising an insurance contractor terminal, an insurance contract server receiving an insurance contract request from the insurance contractor terminal and processing the request, and an examination criteria DB storing examination criteria information for determining whether or not to ratify the insurance contract, wherein the insurance contract server comprises: an insurance contract request receiving unit receiving an insurance contract request from an insurance contractor terminal; an insurance contactor validating unit performing validation of an insurance contractor who requested for conclusion of the insurance contact; an examination criteria automatic updating unit automatically updating examination criteria information stored in the examination criteria DB based on information on the insurance contractor received from the insurance contractor terminal; an insurance contract examining unit determining whether to ratify the insurance contract based on the examination criteria information updated by the examination criteria automatic updating unit; and an insurance contract processing unit processing the insurance contact according to determination of the insurance contract examining unit. |
