The present invention discloses an operation method for a main inspection performing device regarding malicious codes and an operation method for a malicious code maneuvering server. The embodiments of the present invention relates to a technology which inspects whether there is a malware infection in a partial inspection location within the entire inspection location in a client terminal where the new malicious codes currently being spread act and impact to shorten the inspection time compared to the inspection on the entire client terminal as well as significantly lowering the probability of not inspecting crucial area compared to an inspection method targeting a conventional and rigid inspection target area, thereby significantly increasing the efficiency of the inspection.
