The present invention relates to an expansion chamber forming method which not only easily molds the expansion chamber but also improves life of the expansion chamber because durability of the expansion chamber against air pressure is highly enhanced due to a reinforcement cloth attached to the outer circumferential surface of a tube in the expansion chamber.
