<p>The element has a maintenance part (29) for a vertical drain chute, a left support part (30A), a right support (30B), and a high support part (30C) for a horizontal drain chute. Each of the support parts is sectile, and separated from the maintenance part to allow a geometrical reconfiguration of the element. Each support part includes basic walls (34A-34C) and two lateral walls (36A-36C) delimiting cavities (38A-38C) for receiving the drain chutes. Each support part includes a blocking element (40) for blocking of the drain chutes. The blocking element is fixed on the lateral walls.
