The present invention relates to a height adjustable spacer for a separating type deck plate comprising: a spacer combining part (710) installed in the upper part of a sheathing board (600), and having multiple lower steel reinforcement accommodating grooves (711) for accommodating lower steel reinforcements (530) in left and right sides of a truss girder (500) by horizontally breaking and then returning when an external force is applied at predetermined height intervals in right and left both sides; a spacer body part (720) extended toward the lower part of the spacer combining part (710) and integrally formed with the spacer combining part (710), and for separating the truss girder (500) from the upper side of the sheathing board (600); an inserting hole (730) in the form of a slot formed inside the spacer body part (720) by being cut upward in the lower side of the spacer body part (720); a mounting space (740) formed by expanding the inside of the spacer body part (720) corresponding to the upper end of the inserting hole (730); and a fixing latch (750) whose upper end is mounted on the mounting space (740) to prevent separation when rotating at a fixed angle after passing through a combining hole (610) formed in the sheathing board (600) and then being inserted into the inserting hole (730).
