According to the present invention, a system to simultaneously reduce an exhaust gas and harmful substances including a plurality of filter parts includes: a lime tank containing lime therein, a urea tank containing urea therein; a first filter part arranged in between an input pathway and an output pathway of the exhaust gas, and includes one or more ceramic filters to remove dust and sulfur oxides contained in the exhaust gas; a second filter part arranged on an area more downstream than the first filter part, and includes one or more honeycomb filters to remove nitroxides contained in the exhaust gas; a lime supplying part which includes a lime flow channel through which lime contained in the lime tank is transferred, and a lime supplying nozzle arranged in the lime flow channel to supply lime to the input pathway of the exhaust gas; and a urea supplying part which includes a urea flow channel through which urea contained in the urea tank is transferred, and a urea supplying nozzle arranged in the urea flow channel to supply the urea to an area more upstream than the honeycomb filter.
