PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of highly anti-corrosive one component zinc primer paint composition and a composition thereof are provided to enhance appearance of film and dryness. CONSTITUTION: A one component zinc primer paint composition comprises 10-30 parts by weight of one component type fatty acid-modified epoxy resin, 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of wet dispersant, 0.5-5 parts by weight of synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide, 0.5-5 parts by weight of bentonite system, 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of phosphatidylcholine, 5-25 parts by weight of aluminum silicate ceramic system, 5-15 parts by weight of thickening agent, 0.5-5 parts by weight of zeolite, 20-55 parts by weight of zinc metal, 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of metal dryer, 0.05-5 parts by weight of film inhibitor, and 0.-35 parts by weight of toluene based on total weight of the paint composition. |
