According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for supporting a securities lending and borrowing transaction comprising the following steps: creating a borrowing-desired securities list including one or more securities that a borrower desires to borrow with reference to information on securities desired to borrow acquired from a borrower terminal device, and creating a lending-desired securities list including one or more securities that a lender desires to lend with reference to information on securities desired to lend acquired from a lender terminal device; searching a security desired to borrow and a security desired to lend matched to each other with reference to the borrowing-desired securities list and the lending-desired securities list; if a specific security desired to borrow is matched to a specific security desired to lend as a result of the search, sealing a contract to borrow and lend the security between a borrower who has uploaded information of the specific security desired to borrow and a lender who has uploaded information of the specific security desired to lend automatically or manually through a consultation between the borrower and the lender; and moving, to a hot stock pool, securities desired to borrow which are not matched to any security desired to lend or not booked up for a securities lending and borrowing contract for a predetermined time among the securities desired to borrow included in the borrowing-desired securities list, wherein the securities moved to the hot stock pool are maintained to be available for matching to the securities desired to lend included in the lending-desired securities list. |
