PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linked aggregate of an enzyme having excellent durability without damaging its catalytic activity, where the catalytic activity of the original enzyme is lowered or lost by reduction reaction.SOLUTION: The cross-linked enzyme aggregate of the invention has a structure in which the enzyme is cross-linked by a compound having an acid anhydride group as the cross-linking functional group. The compound having acid anhydride group as the cross-linking functional group is preferably a compound having a repeating unit derived from unsaturated carboxylate anhydride and a repeating unit having a polyalkylene glycol side chain.
