PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which an electric field below image formation means cannot be suppressed with simple constitution.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes: an image formation part 2 which forms an image on a form 100; a pressure roller 38 which applies electric charge to the form 100; a form transport part 3 which faces the image formation part 2 and transports the form 100; a surface potential sensor 61a which is arranged upstream from the image formation part 2 and measures a surface potential of the form 100; and a surface potential sensor 61b which is arranged downstream from the image formation part 2 and measures a surface potential of the form 100. A target value is set based upon a measurement result of the surface potential sensor 61b, and a voltage applied to the pressure roller 38 is adjusted and controlled based upon a measurement result of the surface potential sensor 61a so that the surface potential of the form 100 reaches the target value. |
