PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a salient-pole type rotary electric machine capable of constructing a ventilation flue for cooling a field coil in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A rotor for a salient-pole type rotary electric machine comprises: a rotor core in which a plurality of field pole bodies and field pole heads are formed and a number of thin steel plates each including a shaft hole formed in the center are laminated as a block to configure a field pole core; and a field coil wound around the field pole bodies of the rotor core. A cooling fin is provided which is configured in a structure integrated with the steel plates of the rotor core configuring the field pole core and opposes the field pole heads, and a ventilation flue for cooling is formed from the cooling fin. |
