PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein-protein interaction analysis apparatus in which enzyme labelling and an optical system device are not required, an antigen-antibody reaction can be analyzed in a shorter time, and size and cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: A protein-protein interaction analysis apparatus includes: a first microchannel 11-1 in which a first particulate suspension is injected, to which antigen proteins and antibodies are bonded; a second microchannel 11-2 in which a second particulate suspension is injected, to which antigen proteins are bonded; imaging means 33 for applying voltage to both ends of the first microchannel and imaging the movement of the first particulates, applying voltage to both ends of the second microchannel and imaging the movement of the second particulates, and thereafter outputting image data; and an electrophoresis mobility calculation unit 40 for calculating a first speed of the first particulates and a second speed of the second particulates on the basis of respective pieces of image data acquired by the imaging means, calculating a first electrophoresis mobility of the first particulates on the basis of the first speed, and calculating a second electrophoresis mobility of the second particulates on the basis of the second speed. |
