PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and reliably prevent aggregation and cross-linking of developer in a conveyance path.SOLUTION: A developer conveying device includes a conveying nozzle 611 that conveys a developer T in a horizontal direction, a spiral conveying member 614 that is rotatably arranged in the conveying nozzle, a drop conveyance path 64 that is connected with a lower part of the conveying nozzle and conveys the developer to be dropped in a substantially vertical direction, and an oscillation member 640 that oscillates in the drop conveyance path. The oscillation member 640 is configured to be located at a lowermost part when a blade part 614a of the spiral conveying member is brought into the proximity of an upstream edge 65a of a connection opening 65 of the conveying nozzle and the drop conveyance path, and to be located at an uppermost part at a substantially intermediate time point of a cycle during which the blade part of the spiral conveying member is brought into the proximity of the upstream edge. |
