PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement work for internal components of a housing and reduce a replacement cost of components.SOLUTION: A housing is constituted by a housing top having at its outer surface a plurality of connection ports to which flow passage pipes are connected and having a flow passage connection part with connection holes communicated with each of the connection ports arranged in one plane at an inner space side, and a housing body for removably holding the housing top. A stator has through-holes corresponding to each of the connection holes of the flow passage connection part and the stator is fixed to the housing top while holding a liquid-tight state with the flow passage connection part under a state in which the through-holes are position set in the connection holes. A rotor has a plane contacted with a plane opposite to the flow passage connection part of the stator, and the plane is formed with a groove acting as a flow passage selectively connecting between any of the through-holes of the stator. The stator is held by a stator holding member that is removably installed from the stator side in respect to the housing top. |
