<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous composite material with use of a thin ply laminate, having improved peeling resistance.SOLUTION: (a) The composite material includes a plurality of combined sublaminate modules made of carbon fiber ply including at least a first layer of carbon thin ply and a neighboring second layer of carbon thin ply, the carbon thin ply being a composite material having a thickness of 0.02 to 0.06 mm, the carbon thin ply of the first layer being oriented in a first direction, the carbon thin ply of the second layer being oriented in a second direction at an angle to the first direction, the composite material including a combination of a normal ply having a thickness of at least 0.12 mm and a thin ply having a thickness of 0.02 to 0.06 mm. (b) The composite material is formed of reinforced bonding material including an adhesion joint formed of a carbon fiber thin ply having a thickness of 0.02 to 0.06 mm and an adhesive, which connects the bonded sublaminate modules to a composite component and/or a metal component.</p> |
