PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device and electronic equipment, in which favorable transmission characteristics can be obtained even when a light-transmitting conductive film having a larger width dimension than that of a data line is disposed between the data line and a pixel electrode.SOLUTION: In an electro-optic device 100 as an embodiment, a light-transmitting conductive film 7a is disposed between a data line 6a and a pixel electrode 9a, and the conductive film has a larger width than that of the data line 6a so as to cover the data line 6a in a plan view. A constant potential is applied to the conductive film 7a. The thickness of the conductive film 7a is smaller than the film thickness of the pixel electrode 9a. Thereby, the conductive film 7a has a higher transmittance than the transmittance of the pixel electrode 9a in at least a wavelength region from 400 nm to 500 nm (a wavelength region of a blue color), a wavelength region from 500 nm to 600 nm (a wavelength region of a green color), and a wavelength region from 600 nm to 700 nm (a wavelength region of a red color). |
