STRUCTURE OF DIRECT CURRENT PLASTIC PACKAGING MOTOR

A structure of a direct current plastic packaging motor comprises a front end housing, a back end housing, a plastic packaging stator component, a rotor component, a fore bearing, and a rear bearing. The plastic packaging stator component comprises a stator core, a stator winding, and a plastic packaging cover. A hollow cavity is formed at the center of the plastic packaging stator component. The front end housing is made from insulating plastic steel materials, the front end housing is nested at one end of the plastic packaging cover, and the fore bearing is disposed inside a fore bearing house of the front end housing. The back end housing is made from metal, and the back end housing is installed at the other end of the plastic packaging house. An inner wall of the rear bearing house in the back end housing is covered with an insulation layer, and the rear bearing is installed inside the rear bearing house. The insulation layer isolates the rear bearing and the back end housing. The rotor component is disposed inside the hollow cavity. A rotation shaft on the rotor component is installed on and supports the fore bearing and the rear bearing. The design is simple and appropriate, and the manufacturing is convenient, so as to effectively reduce shaft current, reduce occurrence of electro corrosion, effectively improve a life span of a ball bearing, and reduce faults and noise of the motor.
