The method for manufacturing the array substrate comprises: (201) forming a pattern of an etched blocking layer on an active layer and a gate insulation layer not covered by the active layer; (202) forming a pattern of a source and drain electrode layer on the etched blocking layer; and (203) forming a pattern of a color film layer on the source and drain electrode layer and the etched blocking layer not covered by the source and drain electrode layer.
