PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an olefin polymer which provides a particle of an olefin polymer having good particle characteristics and uses a fouling preventive ingredient which can prevent fouling even with a small addition amount with less effects on the polymerization activity.SOLUTION: In a method of producing an olefin polymer in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst (A), a fine particle ingredient (D) obtained by treating an inorganic oxide particle (B) of an average particle size of 1.0-1,000 nm with a metal compound (C) of a specified structural formula is caused to coexist with the olefin polymerization catalyst (A) in a specified amount. |
