PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system in which recognition of the whole system by a manager is facilitated and security is improved.SOLUTION: A password is stored by associating an address of a memory area for storing decrypted visit result information with a file path of visit result information stored in a storage medium in an encrypted state, and when receiving information updating for the decrypted visit result information, the decrypted visit result information is encrypted again by a password associated with an address in which the updated visit result information is stored, and visit result information before updating stored in the storage medium in an encrypted state is overwritten by using the information generated by encryption performed again on the basis of a file path associated with the same address. |
